What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you browse the website, register on the site, fill out a form or information within our applications, or you use our applications or API to do the same. For app usage on smartphones and tablets, we will use the technology these units provide in order to best serve your business needs (se more details below).

What do we use your information for?

The information will be used to provide service and support by us and your own organization. The information we collect is normally predesigned by members of your own organization. This according to your specific needs of business information. The information we collect will be used as follows:

• General information (data input) through the app. All input variables in the app will be sent and stored within our service. The information is used to update or add information within the service where it is relevent.
• With the use of in-/out-registration though the app. Location Information is used to verify the location between you and the worksite. The information is stored for later validation related to the registration. In some occasions the information is not even stored, but only used as a look up variable to confirm location against predefined geographical areas.
• Device Information. Upon login the device-/accoutId will be stored. This is used to provide you with notification on information related to the current logged in user.

The Policy will always available for you from the same link you now opened it from, and we will also try to let you know of any changes. This might be through direct message in the app (in-app messaging), our connected software, in revision updates of the app or through e-mail if possible.
